School Programs

Bring your class to one of ABCA’s Conservation Areas for a fun and educational outdoor program.  We offer a wide variety of activities for all grade levels.  Our teaching flexibility lets us modify most programs to complement your in-class studies.  Education programs are adapted to meet the current curriculum requirements so that students of all ages can learn about nature while experiencing the outdoors.

Bookings are on a first come, first served basis. Book early to avoid disappointment as some dates and programs fill quickly.  Booking information.

• Camp Sylvan Conservation Education Program
   - 1 or 1.5 or 2.5 day residential outdoor nature programming since 1964
• School Nature Programs
   - Half or full day programs at ABCA Conservation Areas for all ages.
• In-Class Programs
   - Save on bussing by booking a nature program or guest speaker at your school or event
• Spring Water Awareness Program
   - SWAP- have your school/class learn how to make good choices about their personal safety around water courses
• Snowshoe Rental                               -Rent snowshoes to use at your school for just $50/day for a set of 30 -Optional: for a small fee an instructor can come to your school to instruct Juniors and Intermediates in a fun educational program
